Hassle-Free Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The LED Kart. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your items within 10 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
What can be returned?
- You can return any unused and unopened items in their original packaging.
- Items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival can be returned with appropriate video of the damaged product/ packaging. Please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Open the packaging in the video recording. Videos where the packaging has been pre-opened before recording will not be accepted.
- Ensure all sides of the package are clearly displayed.
- The video must clearly show the label with the AWB Number and order ID.
- Record the video in one continuous sequence without any edits or cuts.
What can't be returned?
- Products registered for warranty cannot be returned. Hence, we recommend not registering for warranty within 10 days of receiving the product.
- We cannot accept returns for used items or items that have been tampered with.
- All items should be returned with all original components, parts, and the warranty card. Under no circumstances will refunds be processed without these.
How to return an item:
- Contact our customer service team by email at support@theledkart.com or whatsapp at +91 9326754528 to initiate a return request.
- We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
- Securely pack the item(s) in its original packaging, if possible.
- Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds and Exchanges:
- Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Note:
- We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the above criteria.
- We recommend keeping a copy of your return receipt for your records.
Shipping Policy
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs.
- Standard Shipping: Free on all orders which will take from 5 to 8 days.
- Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional fee and takes 3 business days.
Processing Times:
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days of receipt.
Tracking your order:
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
International Shipping:
- We currently do not offer international shipping.
