Hassle-Free Returns


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The LED Kart. Returns are only accepted if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.


Eligible Returns


You may return items only under the following conditions:


  • The product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • A clear unboxing video is required as proof. Please follow these guidelines strictly:
    • Start recording before opening the package.
    • Show all sides of the package clearly.
    • The video must clearly show the shipping label with AWB Number and Order ID.
    • The video must be recorded in one continuous sequence with no edits or cuts.
  • Returns without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.


Ineligible Returns

  • Returns are not accepted for products that are:
    • Used or tampered with.
    • Registered for warranty (please avoid registering the product within the first few days if you suspect any issue).
    • Missing original packaging, components, or warranty cards.
    • Made-to-order or custom-procured items.


How to Return a Defective Item


  1. Contact our customer service at 📧 support@theledkart.com or WhatsApp us at 📱 +91 9326754528 with the unboxing video and your order details.
  2. If eligible, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide return instructions.
  3. Return the product in its original packaging using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method.


Refunds and Exchanges:


  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


ℹ️ The LED Kart reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the above criteria.

International Shipping:


  • Currently, we do not ship internationally.
